the best way i have found is to sub it out to a glass company which we do for almost all of our glass work. the tool i posted is what our glass guy uses alot. he also sprays something around the glass onto the urethane b/4 he starts i am assuming to soften the urethane abit? anyone have any idea what it is?? as i have never thought to ask him.
yeah 5 mins is about right depending on the temp outside and the temp hardener u are using
Looks good nex and if u are still using the 3000 clear u must be waiting the right amount of time other wise u would be having issues with the final outcome.
MSB is mixed 1 to 1 1/2 with reactive reducer like DBR in PPG. MPB is mixed 1 to 1 with normal reducer like DBU. MPB the top of the line for matrix.
MSB=DBU and MPB=DBC
Take that activator back and get SLOW or u will have dry edges all over the place with that clear. and don’t reduce it because that clear has enuff issues as it is
it all depends what u are looking for? i use it on used cars and jambing parts.. but it dies out and it shrinks up pretty bad.. the price is right but thats about all it has going for it..
