You’re absolutely right.
But the damn valance was back ordered at the time.So I used the Original rear valance from my 64 1/2. (identical) Hoping that the after market would be close enough…
Sadly I’ve found it is 7/16s short on both sides…
And by the time I got the rear valance, the damn thing came damaged… :angry:I’ve been getting damaged parts like crazy this year. Quarters, Fenders, Valances…
You name it, I probably got a damaged one this year… :unsure:Richard
I warn you these are huge. I only reduced them 50%
Not sure if this site auto resizes or not…The site does indeed resize them, if you want to see the actual size. Right click and view image, or copy the url and paste it into your browser.
You should even be able to zoom in some.

My question is does having a full Gold I-Car Certified shop make a difference?
I mean very few shops around here have any Certified Techs.
So does it matter, I know to general customer base they see it as providing quality.
But what about insurance companies?… Do they give a rats hoot about it? Are they willing to fork out extra dough to have certified techs work on their collisions? Is opening a gold certified shop a good advantage over other shops?
