Don’t have a booth so whatever…Attachments:
I think everyone has been in that position before but IMO dealerships and flatrate shops are all the same. The only thing people care about is how many hrs they are going to make and how to cut corners, they don’t give a fuk about you and I have seen guys who will not help you hang a hood unless they get .5hr from the job you are working on.Also 8months is not very long at a shop and you don’t want to get labelled as a “mover from shop to shop”I would sugest finding a big independant or smaller that pays straight time with a bonus, you will have better team work and morale. Also sit down with your managers and tell them how you feel, you will be suprised at what might happen,a change for the better. The shop I am at now I gave my notice 3 years ago,I was tired of all the BS,they gave me a big fat raise and quite a few other bonuses to keep me,also morale changed for the better, jumping ship is not the best answer sometimes.Goodluck ;)
I agree with Jay don’t cut ties just yet.
If you really like the management talk to them and let them know how you feel but not in a I’m gonna leave now attitude.
Maybe they can change the attitude of others but if they can’t… remember there ain’t no perfect job or you really wouldn’t be working…
When you love what you do you will never work another day in your life.
Forget the jerks and backbiters Ben and show all that you are excellent not in word but by deed.
Don’t let the other monkies drag you down. 😉Attachments:looks sweeeet! i can just picture lild in the mornings by the pond drinking coffee looking out into the shop meditating on the day ahead…ahhhhhhhhh
Attachments:I think some of it will depend on your speed and distance…I spray a jet90 with a 1.4. moving on bud…. :exci :exci
Tried 1.3 in my plus gun but went to 1.4 cause I can speed up….I spray more than one kinda clear too…
Have to admit I never ran the 1.3 but I cut and buff most everything anyways no big woop… :woohoo:
