i woulda liked ta smash my sharpe platnum that i bought 10 yrs ago what a steaming pile of shit!!!!sold it ta a kid for 75$ instead:laugh:
ive seen the samething on some of my clears i use ta use the clear i use now i havent had any problems with an i get even better hold out shooting wet on wet sometimes when clears die like that i know its becuz a guy is traping solvents with some of the new clears its hard not ta do if your a real hoser when ya paint somtimes a different gunsetup can help? somtimes i think a guy has ta change the clear ta suit the way ya spray also i never go over 2 coats with the new clears that really helped me but im shooting em with a rp 1.3 an i think that thing lays it a little heavyer than the iawata lph dieback sux an with alota dieback the durabuility goes all ta shit!!!ta be honest i always add a little reducer ta all my 4 ta 1 clears but only about 5% kinda funney that the clears we used 10 yrs ago never seemed ta have these problems BUT they had to have 3 coats to!!! low solids an a ton of solvent made them very user freindly but know everything is high solids an a little twitchyer when it comes ta gun setup dont be afaid ta experiment till ya get a combo that works;) imo a little reducer can help alot as long as ya dont over do it

thanks for the advice:) i just need ta be reminded ta be heartless with these guys!! im get a little tired of the paper work i gotta go thru though:angry: there seems ta be more of it now than ever ive had ta suplement every fucking job this asshole writes an its starting ta piss me off he always pays but id just like ta get the fuckers close on the first go around ive been telling every customer ta get rid of em………along with a couple of other companys that fucking adjuster acts like he is writing a pesonal check outa his kids collage fund ya outa see that cheap basturd pucker up whan i say i want ta replace a part!!!! oh can ya atleast try :dry: i just gotta keep hammering away at him with supplements i geuss :blush:

get er close a give er the ol texas blend thats all ya can do thats what i would do anyway ive had pretty good luck just doing sprayouts with different mets in my 5180 (clear base) once ya match the flake close it should be a walk in the park if ya treat it like a 3 stage ive got a freind that pulls this shit ALL the time an ive had ta fix a few he dumps junk silver in his clear for that custom look drives me fucking nuts!! but if ya treat em like a 3 stage a make your own mid coat they aint to bad once ya get the flake close any its probably a better job anyway i hate it when guys dump shit in the clear!!!a few sprayout cards dont take to long ta do look at it as a challange an treat it like its used car work an i bet ya nail it!!a sun gun kinda helps on somthing like this to;)

so wolf what do you prefer for clear the 1.2 or1.3 ya have ta admit that the iawata does have a nice feel to it though it is just a little to different to us sata guys maybey if we forced ourselves ta use it a little longer;)
