the basketball court an the slideyrs back at one shop i worked at we always had a cleanup boy whose job was to pick up an help the painters alot of times he would start their then work his way up ta a prepper then on up to a painter i know of one shop that the owner started out as a cleanup boy an worked his way up the food chain that way if ya think about it it really isnt a bad idea;) 😉 😉
