    thanks guys, yup new lights in the booth and a new camera! lol, the pic shows valspar primer over the body work, and i sprayed a white transtar sealer over the entire car. the tape is 3M yellow tape. its pretty good for the money and comes off clean if you dont get it wet. much better than norton yellow… barf lol, gonna use matrix base on it and morton glamour clear. :rock

    that looks like a fun job, glad to see u working on GM’s, much easier to work on IMO compared to chrysler. did u section the rail or anything?

    how often does a problem like this happen? i think if you use foam tape to close the gap you should be fine. try using the carsystem brand instead of 3M, almost 40% less.

    for this same reason i like using USC icing because it doesnt leave a sticky residue. it flows great and doesnt pinhole like the other glazes
