He got his rear chewed out this morning 👿 apperantly he was frustrated cause he was having a hard time drilling the spot welds cause the drill was in reverse :wakwell at least it was still light out when you were driving home :blink:
your not the only one. dealerships around here that have been in business 75+ years are closing. some of the multi-line dealers around here that gm kept just had the cadillac franchises yanked from them.

You need some artistic skills, an airbrush and some paint. I have some books I can loan you for awhile if you pm your address. you can also look around for some classes. i’ll post a few link of some airbrush sites as well

a cabinet maker used to own the house. Behind the locked door in the bar was his office and more storage space. The thing will be a work in progress. gonna get a few rooms set up enough so we can move in. then when my other house sells there will be more money to hopefully complete the inside of the house and some of the barn.
Nick, the house was a foreclosure. the power has been shut off all winter and the water was disconnected. that all helped in keeping the price down as not to many banks would write a mortgage on something like that. really just the land was worth what I paid for the whole thing. the cool part is the bank had a brand new furnace installed in January thats never even been fired yet. the roof is pretty new and most of the windows have recently been replaced.
We have to jack up some spots on the floors and brace them. the sheetrock is coming down so we can re-insulate the walls plus there is a little mold on them. mostly it is all cosmetic stuff.
Now if i could only talk the wife into renovating the barn first :wak

looks nice there bondo. i like the fenced in sand box. throw the kids in there, lock the door and you dont have to worry about them. heck you could even throw some of those other kids in there that hang out at your house and charge for daycare 😉
